Cobra Sport front downpipe for the VW Golf R (Mk8) 2.0 TSI (2021 onward), as listed by the manufacturer. Cobra specifies fitment for GPF models only. The manufacturer’s Golf R page identifies the product family as VW128, while the registered Shopify SKU is VW132. The exact SKU-to-configuration mapping is not confirmed; verify the code and selected front-pipe/fitment options with the supplier before ordering.

The manufacturer offers sports catalyst and de-cat options. Its sports catalyst option uses a 4.5 in (114.3 mm), 200-cell high-flow catalyst. Cobra states the de-cat version is for motorsport and off-road use only, and that the sports catalyst is not EC homologated and may not meet local emissions laws. Cobra also states the downpipe removes the petrol particulate filter (PPF) and requires engine tuning to cancel the EML on PPF-equipped vehicles. Confirm exact GPF/PPF configuration and legal suitability for the intended territory before purchase.
