Torque Monsta customer help

Delivery & Shipping

How availability, dispatch, tracking and delivery work for performance parts ordered from Torque Monsta.

Important: dispatch time is the time before an order leaves us or our supplier. Delivery time starts after dispatch. Product availability and lead-time estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we confirm a date explicitly in writing.

1

Order received

We receive your order and payment confirmation. Automated confirmation means the order was placed, not that every item has already dispatched.

2

Availability checked

Items may be on our shelf, held by a supplier, moving between warehouses, awaiting production or made to order.

3

Order dispatched

We send tracking when available. Multi-brand orders may leave from different locations in separate parcels.

4

Delivery

Check the parcel and product promptly. Keep all packaging and report damage, shortages or incorrect goods before fitting.

Availability and lead times

What “available to order” means

The product can be ordered through Torque Monsta, but this wording does not promise that it is physically on our shelf. It may be held by a supplier, transferred from another warehouse, awaiting replenishment or produced after ordering.

If you need a part by a particular date, contact us with the SKU before ordering. We will check the best information currently available, but supplier and manufacturing estimates can change.

In-stock products

A positive stock indication is useful but stock can move quickly across our own and supplier systems. Orders placed at the same time, allocation errors, damaged stock or catalogue delays can affect availability. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an item as expected.

Special-order and made-to-order products

Some products are sourced or manufactured specifically for your order, specification or vehicle. Production begins only after required details are confirmed. Colour, spring rate, finish, bore, offset, configuration or other choices can extend the lead time.

Once procurement or manufacture begins, changes and cancellations may be restricted, subject to your statutory rights.

Before booking fitting or an event

Do not book non-refundable workshop time, travel, track days or events until every required part has arrived and been inspected. A lead time is an estimate, not compensation for consequential costs caused by a later delivery.

Dispatch, split orders and tracking

Dispatch estimates

Processing and dispatch depend on where the product is held and whether it requires supplier confirmation, manufacture, configuration or fitment checks. Contact us before ordering when a date is critical.

Bank holidays, weekends, supplier closures, severe weather, carrier disruption, security checks and incomplete fitment information can affect processing.

Split deliveries

An order containing multiple brands or product types may be shipped from more than one warehouse. Parcels can arrive on different days and have separate tracking numbers. A parcel arriving without every item does not necessarily mean the remainder is missing.

Tell us promptly if you require an order to be held and shipped together; storage or additional delivery constraints may apply.

Supplier-direct delivery

Some products travel directly from the manufacturer or distributor to reduce handling time. Packaging, carrier notifications and paperwork may therefore show the supplier’s details. Contact Torque Monsta—not the supplier—if you need order support.

Tracking

Tracking is sent when the service supports it and can take time to activate after a label is created. “Label created” usually means the carrier has received shipment data; it may not yet have collected or scanned the parcel. Large-item and specialist carriers may arrange delivery by telephone instead.

Delivery destinations and charges

UK mainland

Available services and charges are shown at checkout where they can be calculated automatically. Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies by carrier, service and postcode.

The checkout price is based on the destination and information available at the time. Very large, heavy, hazardous or multi-parcel products can require a revised carrier quotation.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland

Carriers commonly apply different services, transit times and surcharges to Scottish Highlands and islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. A postcode may be classed as remote by the carrier even where it is part of the UK.

If checkout cannot calculate the correct service, we will contact you before dispatch rather than send an unsuitable service without agreement.

International delivery

Contact us with the SKU, quantity and full destination before ordering if checkout does not offer a service. We will confirm whether the product can be shipped and provide the available quotation.

International availability depends on product restrictions, size, weight, brand agreements and destination. Oils, aerosols, batteries, pressurised products and other regulated goods may not be accepted by air or cross-border carriers.

Duties, taxes and customs

Unless checkout or your order documents explicitly say otherwise, the recipient may have to pay import VAT, customs duty, brokerage, handling or local charges. These are controlled by the destination authorities and carrier, not Torque Monsta. Customs clearance can add time beyond the carrier estimate.

We cannot mark goods at a false value or describe a commercial order as a gift.

Large, heavy and specialist products

Wheels, exhausts, body parts and pallet freight

Bulky products may use oversized-parcel or pallet services. They can require a suitable delivery address, safe vehicle access and an adult available to receive the goods. The carrier may deliver to the kerbside only and may not take a pallet or packaging away.

Inspect before accepting where possible

Check the quantity and outer packaging before signing. If visible damage exists, record it accurately with the driver and take clear photographs. Signing “unchecked” does not replace the need to report damage promptly. Never fit a visibly damaged or potentially unsafe component.

Common delivery questions

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us immediately with the order number and correct address. We cannot guarantee a change after supplier processing, security checks, picking or dispatch. For payment security, we may need to verify your identity and some carriers will not redirect a parcel.

Can I request delivery on a particular day?

Ask before ordering if timing is essential. Standard parcel services do not guarantee a specific day unless a suitable timed service is explicitly agreed. Supplier-direct, pallet and made-to-order deliveries can have different arrangements.

Can my order be left in a safe place?

Only where the carrier offers that option and accepts the instruction. Selecting a safe place, neighbour or delivery preference through a carrier may change responsibility for the parcel. Do not choose an insecure location for valuable goods.

What happens if nobody is available?

The carrier may attempt redelivery, leave instructions, deliver to an approved neighbour or collection point, or return the parcel. Follow genuine tracking instructions and contact us if the parcel is being returned. Further delivery charges can apply where delivery failed because the address was wrong or nobody accepted an arranged specialist delivery.

Why has tracking not updated?

The label may have been created before carrier collection, the first physical scan may be delayed, or scans can be missed during transit. Allow the carrier’s stated update period. If the expected delivery window has passed without movement, contact us with the order number.

My order contains several items but only one arrived—are the others missing?

Not necessarily. Multi-brand orders often leave different warehouses and tracking may be issued separately. Check all dispatch messages and packing information, then contact us if an item shown as included is absent.

Can you deliver to a workshop or business address?

Usually, provided the complete address, business name, contact person and telephone number are supplied and the recipient is authorised to accept the parcel. Confirm this with the workshop first. Delivery to a third party does not remove the need to inspect goods promptly.

Can I collect my order?

Collection is only available when confirmed in advance. Do not travel based on an order confirmation or supplier stock indication. Wait until our team confirms that every item is physically ready at the agreed collection point.

Will the courier call before delivery?

Standard parcel drivers do not always call. Pallet or specialist carriers may contact you to arrange access. Ensure the checkout telephone number and email address are correct, monitor tracking and check junk folders.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Carrier dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service was expressly purchased and accepted. Check tracking first, then contact us after the expected window. We will investigate with the carrier; replacement or refund action may need to wait until the carrier completes the required trace, subject to your statutory rights.

What if a parcel is shown as delivered but I do not have it?

Check the delivery photograph, safe places, household members, neighbours, reception and nearby addresses immediately. Then contact us with your order number and confirmation of the checks completed. Carriers impose short investigation windows, so report it promptly.

Can hazardous products be shipped normally?

Not always. Oils, fluids, aerosols, batteries, gas-charged items and other regulated products may require road-only or specialist carriage and may be excluded from some destinations. Available services and costs are confirmed for the specific product and address.

Damaged, missing or incorrect delivery?

Contact us as soon as possible. Do not fit, use, alter or dispose of the product or packaging while we investigate.

  1. Take clear photographs of every side of the outer packaging before opening further.
  2. Photograph the shipping label, internal packaging, all contents, product label/SKU and the damage or discrepancy.
  3. Keep the box, pallet, protective material and every item received.
  4. Send your order number, delivery date, a description of the issue and the photographs through our Contact page.
  5. For a safety-critical or visibly damaged part, do not install it. Wait for written instructions.

For concealed damage, shortages or an incorrect product, reporting promptly helps us preserve the carrier and supplier investigation evidence. This guidance does not limit your statutory rights.
