Warranty Policy

TORQUE MONSTA AUTOMOTIVE LLP

Warranty Policy

Effective date: 10 August 2026

This policy explains how we handle product-fault reports and manufacturer warranties. It supplements, and never replaces, consumer rights against Torque Monsta Automotive LLP.

1. Your rights and product warranties

Goods supplied to consumers must meet the legal standards of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description. These rights are against us as the retailer and are not limited by a manufacturer warranty.

Many products also carry a manufacturer warranty. Its length, conditions and remedy may vary by brand and product. We will provide relevant warranty information where available.

2. Making a claim

Contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs or video where useful, and information about installation and vehicle configuration. We may ask to inspect or return the item, or to obtain diagnostic information. Please do not dismantle or modify an item further if this could prevent a meaningful assessment, unless safety requires it.

We will assess claims fairly and keep you informed. A supplier or manufacturer may participate in technical assessment, but we remain your point of contact for a consumer claim.

3. Assessment factors

We may consider the product instructions, installation method, maintenance, vehicle condition, supporting modifications, diagnostics, signs of accident or misuse, and normal wear. These factors do not create an automatic exclusion; they help establish whether a fault existed or developed through another cause.

Professional installation is recommended for specialist or safety-critical parts. Where a claim concerns installation, evidence such as an invoice, alignment report, diagnostic scan or installer notes may help resolve it.

4. Remedies and costs

Where goods do not conform to the contract, the available remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We will not require a customer to deal only with a manufacturer where the law gives a remedy against us.

Separate losses such as labour, transport, vehicle downtime or recovery are not automatically covered by a voluntary manufacturer warranty. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

5. Performance, motorsport and consumables

Performance or motorsport use can affect component life and may fall outside a particular manufacturer warranty where that warranty clearly says so. It does not by itself remove statutory consumer rights. Normal wear, consumables and damage caused by misuse are not usually manufacturing defects.
