Wagner Tuning VAG 2.0 TSI Gen. 3 FWD Competition Package – 700001059

Wagner Tuning Competition Package for VAG 2.0 TSI Gen. 3 front-wheel-drive models (part number 700001059). Wagner confirms that this package combines intercooler upgrade kit 200001048 and downpipe kit 500001019. It is specified for VAG 2.0 TSI Gen. 3 models without all-wheel drive.

Intercooler kit

The package includes the Competition intercooler upgrade described by Wagner for the VW Golf 7 GTI. Core dimensions are 640 × 410 × 65 mm, with 17 litres external volume compared with 9 litres for the factory cooler. The kit uses a Tube Fine high-performance core, cast aluminium end tanks, 70 mm connections, reinforced silicone hoses and an anti-corrosion coating.

Downpipe kit

The included downpipe is for VAG 1.8–2.0 TSI front-wheel-drive applications. Wagner specifies stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304), CAD-designed flow optimisation, two lambda sensor ports, a 200 CPSI EU6-coated motorsport metal catalytic converter and a reducer for the standard exhaust.

Wagner lists plug-and-play downpipe applications as Audi A3 8V 1.8 TSI 132 kW and 2.0 TSI 140 kW (not quattro); SEAT Leon III 1.8 TSI 132 kW and Leon III Cupra/R 2.0 TSI 195–228 kW (not AWD); Škoda Octavia III 1.8 TSI 132 kW and Octavia III RS 2.0 TSI 162 kW; and VW Golf VII GTI 2.0 TSI 162–195 kW. Confirm engine, drivetrain, year and emissions equipment before ordering.

Important: Wagner states the downpipe is not approved for use under German road traffic regulations (StVZO), and an engine control unit warning may occur. Its catalytic converter disclaimer excludes use with ECU tuning and places local-use legality on the end user. Check local regulations and professional fitment requirements.
