Kelford KCGBARRA adjustable cam gear insert kit for Ford Barra engines. Designed to retrofit the standard Barra VCT cam gears, delete VCT operation and convert the gears to an adjustable setup.
Kit contents: two precision-machined, hard-anodized 6061 billet aluminium cam gear inserts and ten M8 × 1.25 mm 304 stainless-steel button-head bolts, supplied with assembly instructions and a protective storage box.
Requires the standard cam gears to be stripped, cleaned, threaded and prepared before assembly. Kelford recommends installation by an engine shop or qualified tradesperson. Follow the Kelford assembly instructions and verify cam timing after installation.
