HKS BCD piston configurations for the G16E-GTS engine. These Step 3 low-compression builds differ in displacement, bore and included components. Choose the exact specification and verify machining, connecting rods, crankshaft and supporting parts before ordering. Professional engine building is required.

  • 1.6L complete kit: 21004-AT007, 1,618 cc, 87.5 mm bore, 24 mm piston pin; piston and conrod kit.
  • 1.75L piston kit: 21003-AT008, 1,746 cc, 88 mm bore and 24 mm pin. HKS specifies connecting rod set 23004-AT003 and crankshaft 23006-AT004; cylinder boring and honing are required. HKS notes this build was tested on a Japanese domestic-market vehicle and not tested in other markets.

HKS availability labels differ between these configurations, but no current numeric stock quantities were supplied. Variants are tracked at zero stock and unavailable for sale until positive supplier stock is confirmed.
