CTS Turbo catch can kit for MQB Volkswagen applications. The manufacturer states that the system separates oil vapour from crankcase ventilation before it reaches the intake.
Kit includes: T6061 billet aluminium valve-cover breather, billet catch can with dipstick, -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses, mounting bracket, stainless hardware, Hose-Wrangler clamp and installation hardware. The factory PCV gasket must be used.
Manufacturer listed fitment: 2015–2021 VW GTI; 2015–2021 Golf, Alltrack and SportWagen 1.8 TSI; and Jetta GLI 2.0T. CTS’s vehicle table lists some ranges differently from its description (including GTI 2021 and Jetta GLI through 2024). Confirm exact year, engine and application with CTS before ordering.
Mounting: The engine mount bolt must have a stud. For a flat bolt CTS specifies double-ended stud N91029602. CTS recommends replacing the gasket with 06K103484F during installation.
Cold-weather warning: CTS warns catch can liquid may freeze in subfreezing temperatures and cause engine damage. Monitor the liquid level or remove the system for subfreezing periods.
