Wagner Tuning Competition Package EVO 1 for BMW F-Series N20 without catalytic converter — item 700001023. The package combines intercooler upgrade kit 200001046 and catless N20 downpipe kit 500001016.
Included components
- Intercooler kit 200001046: 520 × 210 × 130 mm core, approximately 11,750 cm³ volume, 85% larger frontal area and 60% more charge-air volume than the factory intercooler. Tube-fin core with internal turbulators, cast aluminium end tanks and anti-corrosion coating. Original charge-air hoses can be reused. Package includes mounting material, instructions and a parts certificate.
- Catless downpipe kit 500001016: 76 mm SS304 stainless steel, without the main catalytic converter, with two lambda-sensor connections. Replaces BMW part 18327645666 for N20 applications from 10/2012. Wagner says software calibration may need adjustment to avoid DME error codes.
Manufacturer-listed applications
- BMW 125i F20/F21.
- BMW 220i and 228i F22/F23.
- BMW 320i(x) and 328i(x) F30/F31/F34.
- BMW 420i(x) F32/F33 and 428i(x) F32/F33/F36.
Important use information
The downpipe is not approved for use within the German StVO and removes the main catalytic converter. Confirm engine, production date, vehicle configuration and applicable emissions and road-use rules before purchase or installation. Catalyst warranty conditions require an otherwise original, properly operating engine; ECU tuning is not supported. Professional installation is recommended.
Manufacturer package number: 700001023.
