Wagner Tuning Performance Package for BMW 335d E90 series — item 700001018. This M57 biturbo diesel package combines intercooler upgrade kit 200001029 with downpipe/DPF replacement kit 500001009.
Included components
- Intercooler kit 200001029: 520 × 200 × 150 mm core with approximately 13.0 litres volume, stated as 70% more charge-air volume than standard. Cast aluminium construction, CAD-designed, anti-corrosion thermal coating, and compatible with the original charge-air hoses.
- Downpipe/DPF replacement kit 500001009: 70 mm SS304 stainless-steel assembly designed as a direct replacement for the standard part, reducing exhaust back pressure and turbocharger thermal load.
Manufacturer-listed application
BMW 335d E90/E91/E92/E93, 210 kW / 286 hp, model years 2006–2011. The downpipe replaces BMW part 18308508523.
Important use information
The software calibration may need adjustment to avoid DME fault codes. The package is not approved for public-road use within the German StVO. A DPF-replacement downpipe can affect emissions compliance; verify local requirements and vehicle configuration before purchase or installation. Professional installation is recommended.
Manufacturer package number: 700001018.
