Wagner Tuning Performance Package EVO 1 for BMW E-Series N55 with catalytic converter — item 700001010. The package combines intercooler upgrade kit 200001023 and catted N55 downpipe kit 500001005.

Included components

• Intercooler kit 200001023: stepped 520 × 210 × 130 mm core, approximately 11,750 cm³ charge-air volume, 85% larger frontal area and 60% greater volume than the stated standard cooler. Bar-and-plate core with cast aluminium end tanks; supplied with mounting material and instructions. Wagner describes plug-and-play installation using the original charge-air hoses.
• Downpipe kit 500001005: 76 mm cast stainless steel (1.4301 / SS304), with a 200 CPSI EU6-coated racing main catalytic converter and two lambda-sensor connections. The downpipe replaces the standard part; DME error display is possible.

Important use information

Wagner states the package is not approved for use on public roads within the German StVO and is intended for motorsport use. Its catalyst is specified for otherwise OEM engine setups, not ECU tuning or modifications such as burble tunes or disabling overrun fuel cut-off. Catalyst warranty claims are subject to inspection and require proof that the engine remains in original specification and proper working order.
