Wagner Tuning BMW E-Series N55 EVO 3 Competition Decat Package (part number 700001062). This package combines intercooler upgrade kit 200001113 and catless downpipe kit 500001015 for BMW 135i E82/E88 and BMW 335(x)i E90/E91/E92/E93.
EVO 3 intercooler
Wagner specifies a 510 × 303 × 180 mm stepped core with 20.65 litres volume, 162% more frontal area and 182% more charge-air volume than the factory intercooler. It uses a Tube Fin core with internal turbulators, cast aluminium end tanks, 70 mm inlet and outlet connections, reinforced silicone hoses and anti-corrosion coating. Wagner describes the kit as plug and play and pressure stable up to 6 bar.
Catless downpipe
The package includes Wagner downpipe 500001015 for BMW E8x/E9x N55 engines. It is made from cast stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304), has a 76 mm diameter and two lambda sensor ports, and is supplied without the main catalytic converter.
Important: Wagner states that this downpipe is not approved for use under German road traffic regulations (StVZO) and recommends adapting the software calibration to avoid DME fault codes. Check applicable local regulations and confirm the exact vehicle, engine and emissions configuration before ordering. Professional installation is recommended.
