Wagner Tuning BMW 335d E-Series EVO 3 Competition Package (part number 700001065). This package combines the EVO 3 intercooler upgrade kit 200001130 and the DPF-replacement downpipe kit 500001009 for BMW 335d E90/E91/E92/E93.
EVO 3 intercooler
The stepped core measures 510 × 303 × 180 mm and has a 20.65 litre volume. Wagner reports 133% greater frontal area and 183% more charge-air volume than the original intercooler. It uses a Tube Fin core with internal turbulators, 70 mm connections, reinforced silicone hoses, an anti-corrosion coating and a pressure-tested design rated to 6 bar. Minor adaptation to the cooler support is required. The intercooler application is specified for BMW 335d E90/E91/E92/E93 (2005–2013) without ACC.
DPF-replacement downpipe
The included downpipe kit is a 70 mm SS304 DPF replacement for BMW 335d E90/E91/E92/E93 (2006–2011), replacing original BMW part 18308508523. Wagner states that software calibration should be adapted to avoid DME error codes.
Fitment: Confirm that both components match the vehicle, including model year and ACC configuration. Wagner states the downpipe is not approved under German road traffic regulations (StVZO). Check local emissions and road-use rules before ordering and use a qualified installer.
