Funk Motorsport Black Silicon High Heat Sleeve – 20mm × 5m
Black silicon high-heat sleeve, 20mm internal diameter and 5m continuous length. Funk Motorsport’s variation data identifies this size as manufacturer SKU FUNK-SLTB-2050.
Slide the sleeve over sensitive lines and feeds to help protect them from engine-bay heat. Funk states that its high-heat silicon sleeve withstands continuous temperatures up to 1000°C and intermittent flashes up to 1650°C. It can be cut to size.
Important fitting guidance
Funk advises that the sleeve is not designed to touch or sit very close to an exhaust, turbo or other heat source. Move the line as far from the heat source as possible; add a separate heat sleeve for further shielding where needed.
