Audi S2/RS2 20V turbo intake manifold with AAV connection

Wagner Tuning part 160001001.ZLS is the short intake manifold version with a connection for the auxiliary air slide (ZLS/AAV). Wagner lists this version for Audi S2/RS2. The separate manifold without the ZLS connection is part 160001001 and is listed for S2/RS2/S4/200; that broader application is not claimed for this AAV version. Confirm engine and installation configuration before ordering.

Construction and details

  • Cast aluminium AlSi10Mg, CNC machined.
  • Weight: 3.9 kg.
  • Wagner describes cooler intake-air temperatures, improved response, added room for a larger intercooler, reduced intake-runner flow pulsation, and more even cylinder filling as benefits versus the standard manifold.

Installation notes

Wagner specifies a modified servo-pump bracket (part 001002015) for engine codes ABY and ADU. The throttle cable reference is Audi 893721555R. Have a qualified workshop confirm compatibility with the vehicle and auxiliary-air-slide setup before installation.
