Wagner Tuning Competition Package for Audi RS4 B9 / RS5 F5 (part number 700001162). This package combines the performance intercooler upgrade kit 200001162 and water cooler upgrade kit 400001012 for the 2.9 L V6 biturbo Audi RS4 B9 and RS5 F5, rated 331 kW / 450 PS from 2017.
Performance intercooler
The intercooler replaces the factory water-cooled charge-air cooler. Wagner specifies a 222 × 200 × 120 mm core with 5.33 litres volume, compared with 1.87 litres for the original core, and states an 185% increase in external core volume. The kit includes the intercooler, two air hoses, six coolant hoses, mounting materials and instructions. It uses cast aluminium end tanks, a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating and a plug-and-play installation design.
Charge-air water cooler
The matching water cooler serves the engine's indirect charge-air cooling circuit. Wagner reports 13.52 litres volume compared with 8.73 litres for the factory cooler, an increase of 55%. The cooler measures 690 × 490 × 40 mm. Its Competition core is designed to improve heat transfer while retaining airflow to nearby components.
