AIRTEC Motorsport secondary intercooler kit for the Ford Focus ST Mk4, designed for track or fast-road use. This selection is supplied with Grey AIRTEC logo.
The secondary cooler mounts beneath the car behind the undertray and receives fresh air through a supplied duct. The kit includes Pro Hoses silicone pipes, the required fixtures and fittings, and step-by-step instructions. Its 2.7-litre capacity adds cooling volume without replacing the existing intercooler setup.
AIRTEC road testing over eight consecutive runs reported 41% higher heat rejection and 50% lower average intake temperatures with the secondary intercooler installed; results depend on conditions and vehicle setup. Only fits manual gearbox models.
The kit can be reverted to standard. Confirm manual transmission and vehicle fitment before ordering.
