AIRTEC Motorsport front-mount intercooler upgrade for the Volvo C30 T5, also fitting the Volvo V50 T5 and S40 T5. This selection has a Pro-Series Black finish and is supplied with Blue AIRTEC logo, without the optional big boost pipe kit.
The 90 mm core and smooth-flowing end tanks are designed to reduce intake temperatures. The intercooler bolts to the bottom of the radiator cradle. Dimensions are 325 × 165 × 90 mm, with a 4.8-litre capacity. This selected configuration includes the intercooler, brackets and required fixtures and fittings.
AIRTEC's recorded test runs showed outlet temperatures of 20–24°C with its intercooler, compared with 57–59°C for the standard unit; results depend on conditions and vehicle setup.
Confirm C30/V50/S40 T5 fitment and source any required boost pipe kit separately.
