Overview

AIRTEC Motorsport front-mount intercooler for the Volvo C30 T5, also fitting the V50 T5 and S40 T5. The 90 mm-deep core with smooth-flow end tanks is designed to lower intake temperatures. Core dimensions: 325 × 165 × 90 mm; capacity: 4.8 litres. The intercooler bolts to the bottom of the radiator cradle and includes brackets, fixtures and fittings. Selected finish: Pro-Series satin black; AIRTEC logo: Blue AIRTEC Logo; optional big boost-pipe kit included in this configuration with black hoses.

Fitment and installation

For Volvo C30 T5, V50 T5 and S40 T5 petrol applications. AIRTEC states installation remains straightforward; verify the exact vehicle and engine before ordering. Pipe kit is available in black only.
