Improve charge-air cooling on a Vauxhall Astra J 1.6 Turbo GTC with this AIRTEC Motorsport direct-replacement intercooler. This selected configuration has Performance Blue silicone hoses, no AIRTEC logo and a Pro-Series Black intercooler finish.

The larger, freer-flowing core measures 740 × 170 × 70 mm, with a stated capacity of 8.8 litres and frontal area of 1,258 cm². High-flow cast end tanks and an air guide direct flow through the core. The comprehensive kit includes Pro Hoses silicone connectors, fixtures and detailed fitting instructions.

Designed for modified Astra J 1.6 Turbo GTC models. Confirm engine and bumper fitment before ordering.
