This AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler upgrade fits the Vauxhall Astra J 1.6 Turbo GTC. The direct-replacement kit uses a larger, freer-flowing core with moulded cast end tanks and an air guide to direct airflow. It includes alloy pipework, silicone hoses, stainless clips, fixings and detailed fitting instructions. The 740 × 170 × 70 mm core has an 8.8-litre capacity and 1,258 cm² frontal area, and is finished in powder-coated black.
Selected options: Gloss Black hoses; Orange AIRTEC logo; Pro-Series Black intercooler and pipework finish.
