AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 2 front-mount intercooler upgrade for the Ford Transit Connect 1.0 EcoBoost and M-Sport 1.0. This selection has Race Red hoses, a Pro-Series Black intercooler finish and Purple AIRTEC logo.
The single-pass design uses a 60 mm core and cast end tanks, with a short route for charged air. The kit includes pipework and full fitting instructions; AIRTEC states that the pipework is supplied in silver. The intercooler measures 525 × 378 × 60 mm.
Fits 100 PS, 125 PS, 135 PS and 140 PS Transit Connect 1.0 EcoBoost models, including the M-Sport 1.0. AIRTEC reports test temperatures of 62°C for the standard intercooler, 44°C for its Stage 1 and 20°C for Stage 2; results depend on test conditions and vehicle setup.
No bumper cutting is required. AIRTEC suggests opening more of the grille to increase airflow. Fitting is estimated at 1–2 hours depending on mechanical skill. Supplied with a three-year unlimited-mileage warranty; confirm vehicle fitment before ordering.
