AIRTEC Motorsport front-mount intercooler upgrade for Ford S-Max and Mondeo Mk4 2.5 Turbo models, including XR5, suitable for track or fast-road use. This selection has a Pro-Series Black finish and is supplied without AIRTEC logo.
The high-flow single-pass design uses a 60 mm track-proven bar-and-plate core with cast alloy end tanks. Dimensions are 945 × 320 × 60 mm. The intercooler fits behind the original bumper and the kit includes the required fixtures and fittings.
No additional hoses are required; it connects to the standard hoses. AIRTEC estimates 1–2 hours for installation and supplies fitting instructions. Covered by a three-year unlimited-mileage warranty.
Confirm vehicle and engine fitment before ordering.
