Upgrade charge-air cooling on a Volkswagen Golf Mk5 GT 1.4-litre twin-charged TSI petrol with the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler. This selected variant has Performance Blue silicone hoses, a Pro-Series Black finish and Grey.
The front-mount kit uses a 60 mm core with flowed cast end tanks and includes silicone hoses, stainless-steel clips, required fittings and installation instructions. It is designed to retain the original crash bar and fog lights, with no bumper cutting required. If fitted with Golf GTI fog surrounds, AIRTEC states no cutting is required.
Designed for Golf Mk5 GT 1.4 twin-charged TSI petrol models, standard or remapped. Approximate dimensions are 740 × 170 × 70 mm. AIRTEC estimates fitting at 2–4 hours depending on mechanical skill; confirm exact fitment before ordering.
