AIRTEC Motorsport front-mount intercooler upgrade for the Ford Fiesta 1.6 diesel Mk7/Mk7.5. This configuration has Race Red hoses, a Pro-Series Black intercooler finish, Orange Logo, and Facelift Mk7.5 fitment.
The single-pass design uses a vertical 50 mm core and flowed end tanks, routing charged air from top to bottom. Full pipework and fitting instructions are supplied. AIRTEC lists fitment for both pre-facelift and facelift 1.6 diesel Mk7 Fiesta models; fitting instructions differ by model.
Installation requires some small trimming to the bumper and grille area. AIRTEC suggests opening additional grille area during fitting to increase airflow. The stated fitting time is approximately 1–2 hours, depending on mechanical skill, with a three-year unlimited-mileage warranty.
