AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler upgrade for Vauxhall Corsa D 1.4 Turbo models. The 80 mm core uses flowed cast end tanks and is designed for remapped cars while also fitting standard cars. The kit includes 4/5-ply silicone hoses, alloy joiners, stainless clips, powder-coated standard intercooler support brackets, fixings and instructions.
The original fog lights are retained without modification; very minor trimming is required to the back of the bumper. AIRTEC estimates fitting at 2–3 hours depending on mechanical skill. Check vehicle fitment before ordering.
