Upgrade charge-air cooling on an Audi A4 or A5 2.7/3.0 TDI with the AIRTEC Motorsport direct-replacement intercooler. This selected variant has a powder-coated black finish and Pink.
The taller core and high-flow, one-piece cast end tanks increase cooling area and volume over the standard intercooler while fitting behind the original front bumper without drilling or cutting. The kit includes the required fixtures, fittings and installation instructions. The 14.4 litre core measures 600 × 300 × 80 mm with 67 mm pipe outlets.
AIRTEC lists applications including A4 B8 2.7/3.0 TDI (2007–2015) and A5 2.7/3.0 TDI (2005–2011), including Sportback versions. The manufacturer reports 77% more capacity and 79% more frontal area than the standard intercooler. Confirm exact model year and engine before ordering.
