Upgrade the intercooler on a Vauxhall Astra Mk4 SRI or GSi with the AIRTEC Motorsport kit. This selected variant has Performance Blue Pro Hoses and a Pro-Series Black intercooler and pipework finish, with no AIRTEC logo.
The kit combines a 60 mm race-spec bar-and-plate core with high-flow cast end tanks and silicone hoses. Pipework is specified for cars up to 350 bhp. A fitting kit is included. Approximate intercooler dimensions are 900 × 280 × 60 mm.
AIRTEC recommends the upgrade for Stage 3/4 builds and states it also works with standard cars. Check exact vehicle compatibility and installation requirements before ordering.
