AIRTEC Motorsport direct-replacement intercooler for modified Vauxhall Astra J 2.0 CDTI models. The wider, taller and deeper core measures 740 × 170 × 70 mm, with 8.8 litre capacity and 1,258 cm² frontal area. It uses a high-flow, one-piece cast end tank design and integrated air guide.
The kit includes Pro Hoses silicone connectors, fixtures, fittings and detailed instructions. It is designed to fit within the space behind the original bumper. Check engine and vehicle fitment before ordering.
