AIRTEC Motorsport front-mount intercooler upgrade for the Ford Fiesta Mk8 1.0 ST-Line. This configuration pairs Race Red hoses with a Pro-Series Black intercooler finish and a plain, with no AIRTEC logo.

The twin-pass intercooler uses a horizontal 60 mm core with flowed cast end tanks. The kit includes the required pipework, fittings and a fitting guide. It measures 525 × 378 × 60 mm, with an 11.9 litre capacity and 19,845 cm² frontal area.

Fits 1.0 EcoBoost 100 PS, 125 PS, 135 PS and 140 PS models. It does not fit vehicles equipped with adaptive cruise control. No bumper cutting is required and the kit uses the original crash-bar holes. AIRTEC states an approximate 1–2 hour fitting time and a three-year unlimited-mileage warranty.

The manufacturer notes that more grille area can be opened during installation to improve airflow. Use the supplied fitting guide and confirm vehicle specification before ordering.
