AIRTEC Motorsport 2.5-inch big boost pipe kit with a 70 mm cold-side hose for the Focus RS Mk2. This variant uses Kawasaki Green silicone hoses, Pro-Series Black pipework, and the 63 mm standard option.

The hot side uses lightweight 2.5-inch alloy pipes joined by five-ply silicone hose. The cold-side hose starts at 63 mm and expands to 70 mm, matched to the selected throttle-body size. Swaged pipe ends help retain hoses under higher boost. This is a direct-replacement, symposer-delete kit; AIRTEC says no modification is required.

Compatible intercoolers listed by AIRTEC include AIRTEC, Pace, Pro-Alloy, Forge and Ford OEM. For Focus ST225, the intercooler must have 2.5-inch outlets; the kit does not fit Stage 1 or Stage 2 Focus ST intercoolers and does fit Stage 3. The selected vehicle, hose colour and throttle-body size are shown in this listing; verify them against the car before ordering.

AIRTEC reports gains of 11.8 bhp and 9 lb-ft over standard in its testing and says the kit is best suited to high-output Focus RS builds. Custom colours may require a 5–10 day delay.
