GFB VTA Diverter Valve for Toyota C-HR / Lexus Turbo – T9467

GFB T9467 VTA adds vent-to-atmosphere capability to the factory electronic diverter system for the non-GR applications listed below. It retains the factory solenoid. GFB lists T9489 as a VTA with an integrated solenoid and similar applications; confirm the exact vehicle and installation requirements before choosing between them.

GFB's current application list does not include GR models for T9467; it lists the GR Yaris under T9489. Verify vehicle, engine and model year against GFB's current application list before ordering.

• One plunger and one GFB-supplied spring

GFB rates the valve for boost pressures above 50 psi. It uses pilot-actuated progressive operation and can vent to atmosphere. GFB identifies metal valve components as a boost-leak and boost-holding improvement over weak plastic components.

Retain the factory solenoid and use the GFB-supplied spring, not the OEM solenoid spring. If the valve vents under acceleration, GFB advises checking the spring because the OEM spring can cause premature venting. Installation by a qualified automotive technician is recommended.

Important: Intended for racing use. GFB warns that incorrect use or modification may damage engine or drivetrain components or reduce their service life. Check local laws covering noise, emissions and modifications.
