TORQUE MONSTA AUTOMOTIVE LLP
General Product Disclaimer
Effective date: 10 August 2026
This information is intended to help customers make informed choices about specialist aftermarket and performance automotive products. It does not remove your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the legal standards that apply.
1. Fitment and specification
Check the product specification, vehicle model, year, engine, drivetrain, braking system and relevant options before ordering. Compatibility lists and registration look-ups are useful guidance but may not identify production changes, imported models, prior modifications or non-standard configurations.
Please contact us before purchase if you need help with fitment. You remain responsible for ensuring that the selected item is suitable for your intended use and vehicle configuration.
2. Installation and supporting work
Many parts require specialist fitting, correct torque settings, calibration, coding, alignment, bedding-in, mapping, fabrication or supporting modifications. Unless clearly stated, ancillary parts, labour, fluids, diagnostics and programming are not included.
Use a competent installer and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Safety-critical work including brakes, steering, suspension, fuel and electrical systems requires particular care.
3. Performance and road use
Performance modifications can change power, torque, heat load, braking, handling, noise, emissions, reliability and component wear. Claimed gains, sound characteristics and drivability can depend on the vehicle, condition, supporting parts, installation and calibration; they are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Before use on public roads, check roadworthiness, emissions, type-approval, insurance and local legal requirements. Certain products may be intended only for off-road, track or motorsport use.
4. Images, supplier changes and availability
Images are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Suppliers may revise a product, its packaging or included hardware. We will take reasonable care over descriptions; contact us before ordering if a specific feature, finish or included component is essential.
Items described as available to order rely on supplier information and may have lead times. See our Shipping Policy for further information.
5. Electrical, software and fluids
Electrical and electronic components can be affected by vehicle wiring, voltage, configuration and installation. Software, coding and calibration changes carry a risk of incompatibility or vehicle faults if the vehicle is unsuitable or instructions are not followed. Obtain appropriate diagnostic and specialist support.
Fluids, chemicals and batteries must be handled, stored, fitted and disposed of in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety information and applicable law.
6. Warranty and remedies
Manufacturer warranty conditions can vary, including in relation to motorsport use, incorrect installation, misuse and normal wear. See our Warranty Policy. This disclaimer does not exclude rights for a product that is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.
